Historic photograph emphasizing section to be replaced. No original elements were available for duplication so all replacement parts were sculpted as new models.

Mock-up of partial window section.
Window arch elements were cast as modules with fake grout joints. This approach is often used to save weight and simplify installation.
Complex or highly detailed parts require flexible rubber molds.
