Who we are

ACI Studios’ team has over 40 years of experience providing custom replacement components for masonry restoration, historic facades, and cornice rehabilitation. When original terra cotta, cast stone, or natural stone elements are deteriorated, missing, or impractical to repair, we design and fabricate accurate, durable replacements using GFRC, cast stone, FRP, or gypsum-based materials.

The scale of our projects range from one or two simple pieces to complete facade or cornice replacements requiring hundreds of parts. Having contributed to building projects throughout the United States, including many listed on the National Register of Historic Places, we understand the complexities of restoration and adaptive reuse. 

We offer site surveys, field dimensioning and job-site molded impressions. From there we fabricate install-ready parts, cast or laminated from custom molds, exhibiting a perfectly matched finish. In addition we provide full shop drawings and design services, including engineering coordination.
