Architectural Castings specializes in forming gypsum-, cement-, and polymer-based materials—individually and in combination. Modern materials allow for significantly reduced lead times compared to traditional methods, while still meeting the demands of performance, longevity, and aesthetic requirements.

Our in-house duplication of terra cotta and carved or cast stone utilizes Portland cement–based GFRC, both cast and hand laminated. For weight-sensitive applications, such as large projecting cornices, we also produce components using FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic) and PGRG (polymer-modified glass fiber–reinforced gypsum). In addition, we reproduce projects involving cast, sheet, and fabricated metals using light weight cast resins, either solid or reinforced.
